Training the mind should be treated like physical training.

In every training, as well as in mental training, one must always ask oneself if what we are doing is truly useful. I mean that, for example, if an athlete achieves good performances, we must always ask ourselves if they have obtained these results thanks to our training or despite our training.

This means that we must objectively and scientifically analyze the improvement.

Just as with physical training, today, even in mental training, we must ask ourselves if the effects of what we are doing are a placebo or a real improvement with functional and structural changes of the organ or apparatus that we are training.
