The organization was impeccable, with translation into four languages. Three days of congresses and workshops with professionals in the field of relationships and emergencies from all around the world.
Alongside Rosarita Gagliardi, who had a sold-out session on the Emotional Experience regarding water relaxation techniques and stress management by Deep Inside-state of mind methodology.
I spoke about emotional intelligence and self-awareness from a brain perspective, using the data and discoveries from recent neuroscientific research. These are fundamental topics that impact both individual and organizational well-being.
