It is always both a great responsibility and an honor to share my vision of leadership and provide practical tools to train the mental skills that should define every true leader.
Together with Rosarita Gagliardi, I had the opportunity to do so during the 3rd edition of the Leadership Course organized by SDA Bocconi, under the guidance of Professor Massimo Magni.
We led participants through a truly unique experiential workshop — #DeepInsideStateOfMind® — during the day dedicated to us on October 17th, where theory and practice intertwined to cultivate self-awareness, social intelligence, emotional regulation, and stress management.
It was an intense and meaningful day in which these outstanding professionals stepped out of their comfort zones, experimented, and truly internalized what they learned.
